He said he would have my transmission in on the weekend a month an a half later I finally got back.... now it's acting up again he won't answer my calls... and I bought a 3 year warranty and I want it fixed

If you are looking to have any automotive repair or diesel work of any type done to your vehicle, AVOID this person at all costs. After almost a year of dishonesty from Nick, I finally pulled the plug and took my truck somewhere else to be properly fixed. Nick will ask for payment up front for all parts, which is unusual for a mechanic. After I dropped my vehicle off at Nick's shop and gave him a check for parts, weeks/months went by without a response from Nick. Took my 97 Dodge in for a transmission Rebuild, broken input shaft. Nick talks a big game but I was anything but impressed with his work. I was told three weeks but it took two months, he was very hard to communicate with, often leaving messages without a response for days at a time, all the excuses in the world for why it's taking so long. Went to pick up my truck and for some reason they had flushed the cooling system and never hooked it back up or put coolant in it, transmission fluid all over the inside of my bed, never ... read more
