Absolutely terrible. Quoted me 4k charged 9k, took mine in for a crank replacement, got it back with massive oil leaks, coolant spewing out, smoking like hell, broke my transcooler, coolant overflow, left wires unplugged and in a tangled mess. Terrible communication/ had me fly down from rhode island to pick up my truck, the engine wasn't even in it. Guys did a great job, go see them, Duramax specialists.
From one business owner to another. Absolutely satisfied with Brandon and his crew. Minus a few small, and I do mean small minor inconveniences (that I will absolutely admit was completely out of their hands, and made for an interesting day) I was satisfied with the turnaround time, communication, and dedication to getting me out back on the road. Brandon has a dedicated customer from now on.
Absolutely horrible experience with these guys. Please take it from someone who has dealt with them for over a year, do not waste your money taking it here. The owner nor his lead guy will respond to any texts or calls. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and take it to someone who knows what they’re doing.
