My experience with this division has been nothing but disrespectful. Even trying to work with the women at the front desk is dismissive and unsupportive. They are the reason this state struggles so much. My advice is if you’re trying to work with them, get a lawyer first!!! They are not on your side

Trying to get my birth certificate amended and I was denied because one address line wasn't filled out. Not even the line I fill out myself. Tell me how you got it back to me if you didn't know my address it's not like it's on the form 7 other times! Now I have to pay another $60 to resubmit.
I wish I could give zero stars. Whatever you do don't schedule your child to be seen at the clinic. My son was waiting 3 months to be seen and they call me less than 2 days before his appointment to say sorry it doesn't matter that you have been waiting, if you don't take the appointment that we picked for you, you won't be seen until January 2025. I guess they think the people that bring their children there don't have jobs but I do and I can't give my job less than a week to reschedule my schedule.
