DHHS and The Medical Board need to figure out who to complain medical malpractice to. I suffered over a decade of medical neglect/malpractice from the same hospital and when I discovered this last year filed complaint to The Medical Board who said there was nothing they can do and to reach out to NC DHHS to complain about the hospital and when I did they said it's The Medical Board this complaint needs to go to. Liars that help cover up wrongful deaths in NC health facilities by taking a bribe and then find nothing wrong in their investigation of the facility. That's who these people are. 2 years ago, I filed a complaint against the nursing home that killed my mother. Universal Healthcare of Fletcher, NC. There was plenty of evidence against this facility. There's a reason that the health department gets such a low rating, because they are trash. Literal trash.
Been trying to cancel for a month and still recovering mail for benefits. Keep being told multiple things about my termination and receiving multiple letters of print out photos of fridges saying god loves me. Extremely unprofessional and annoying to have their religion pushed by mail.
