Great products and prices. Too bad the customer service phone line is horrible. Consistently hangs up on you while on hold. Each time I have to call I wait over 10 minutes each try & have to redial 3-4 times before hopefully reaching someone.
Dec. 17, 2018 - We used the Chocolate Inn to manufacture beautiful branded chocolates for our company as part of Holiday gifts to many of our customers. Biggest mistake we could've made. Everything was shipped late resulting in many of our reps having to reschedule days of appointments. In addition, even speaking with their VP and owner did not fix the situation.
