Do not waste your money with this company!! I purchased a 22X25 building in OCTOBER of 2024. I was quoted 2-4 weeks but did not receive my building until 14 weeks later. They wanted me to pay my deposit up front 100% prior to install but the contract said anything OVER $10,000 this was required; however, my building only costs $9,500. I was finally able to get them to allow me to pay $4,000 up front and the remainder after the install. This is THE WORST customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Was told 8-10week lead time when they took my deposit. Then I was told on week 11 that the lead time was 12 to 16 weeks. Week 16 rolled around with still no call from them. When I called them AGAIN was told it was up to 20 week lead time. I am at week 19 as of today with no building and no install date. Called again and their install date has changed for the 4th time. The only time I hear anything from them is if I call them. We were told 4-6 weeks for the install. After no communication whatsoever, we were then told 9-11 weeks. Today is installation day and there's no one here! We are now at almost 15 weeks and no garage and no phone call to reschedule or cancel today's install!! We will be filing with BBB and disputing the deposit with our credit card company. This company is a scam!
