After paying thousands of dollars for a new binding machine, we instead received one that was defective straight from the box. I suspect negligence because it also came with a manual missing pages and a CD guide that would freeze halfway through. After showing it to their tech on FaceTime, he recommended sending the machine back, but it seems that the owner had expected us to pay for the shipping!
