Very good equipment's from NC Carpet.
Had purchased Yarn color charts 40+ dollars with shipping each yarn type a couple years back. Used them for a recent purchase. When yarn arrived it was a drastically differently. I've ordered before and dye lot was never that different than color chart. I called them back and they tell me I would have to purchase new color charts to match new colors. So I had to pay for shipping for return so I can receive a refund. I sent out returns then they only refunded me for 1 yarn spool and half of the other spool. Then when I call a... read more
