After multiple phone calls attempting to get an emergency replacement for my wife's psych meds she was finally told very rudely that she could not speak to her PA despite the fact that she was experiencing withdrawal and had not slept in three days. She had been forced to travel due to her Mother's death and had forgotten her meds at home. This is not the way to care for people with mental illness. I am not a Dr. but apparently neither are they.
