Best place in Stockton hands-down we went to several stores looking for a sweet 16 dress for my daughter and found nothing all the workers would say oh we don't have anything in that style for you but we go in there my daughter immediately see the dress that she was wanting the manager there was so nice She greeted us gave us a great price and we were so happy. New Ownership! The new ownership is fabulous. Once I walked in I was greeted well and was provided with great customer service. I didn't walk in with the intention to buy a dress but after exploring the options they have I left the store with the right gown for my ceremony. Both the owner and her daughters gave me a great experience without feeling overwhelm of select styles. Glad I gave NC Bridal a try because the current owner has switched the store drastically! Thank you NC Bridal!
Most horrible service ever!!! I wouldn't recommend going there. They ordered the wrong wedding dress and size ���� Didn't let me pick out from the magazines they contained saying I wouldn't get the dress I wanted on time being that it was their mistake. The owners son blamed me for not wanting the dress instead of giving me an apology. Such a mess and stress. I found out I wasn't the only one having problems with the place another lady was upset about her daughter quinceañera dress, they ordered the wrong size as well. That ... read more
