We agreed on a price for everything I needed done. When I got my jeep back they didn’t do all the service we agreed on. He then charged me more for services that we spoke about. Very dishonest.

Install tires at your own risk. A month ago, I had 3 new Nitto 37x12.5 tires mounted (2 front and 1 rear), the other day I noticed a bubble forming on the side wall on the front 2 tires. The supplier suggested that it was due to incorrect mounting. I brought my truck back to NC Offroad and immediately could tell that they would not admit to any fault.
