Have tried to use this company a few times but their arrival times are 3 hour windows. I asked for first call and they said it would be between 9 and 12. I said I needed it to be at 9:00am and they said they would make sure the tech was there at 9:00am. He texted me at 10:30am saying he was at the house. I had left at 10:00am for an appointment. Never use this company as they do not believe in customer service.

Robert arrived at our home late (outside of the 2 hour window provided). I told him on the phone in advance that I need a new water valve installed. Within 15 seconds of starting his diagnostic, he concluded that I need a new water valve. Shortly after he provided of an estimate of repair well over $400 for a relatively simple fix. Not only was the repairman rude but also told me everything was okay with my washer. Just suggested not to over load it ( which i never do ) and collected the $60.;for the visit. So I started a small load again and my washer was loud and moved around in my laundry room. Can't trust someone who says everything is okay when it isn't.
