This is hands down the best Chinese food I've had on this planet. The guy that runs the place is a freaking treasure. The yu-shiang eggplant, twice cooked pork (Chinese-braised & stir-fry pork belly), dry-fried green beans, mapo tofu, were all out of this world. His homemade BBQ pork is so flavorful. Hands down the best authentic Chinese food I’ve had in Colorado, if not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! We came in on a Monday night and ended up having the whole place to ourselves, so we got to talk with the owner for a while. He was SO friendly and personable, and you can tell how passionate he is about what he does and about serving really high-quality food.
