NBT Home Improvements completed renovations on our 3 bathrooms in summer of 2021. A few weeks later we had sewage water leak up from the drain in our basement floor. After working with a plumber and the ****************, the root cause was found using a camera scope. According to the plumber the backup was caused by the knock-out ****** from the toilet. I had a great experience working with Chuck and Adam at NBT. They were very accommodating in working with my design ideas and budget. Also when I recently had a minor issue with my shower they responded promptly to come back and fix my issue almost one year after completing my project. I highly recommend NBT.

NBT did a great job with our new bathtub/shower. The guys are super friendly and professional. They didn't seem to mind that our crazy dog got in their way occasionally. They kept our place clean by placing coverings on our floor. They demoed our old tub/shower and took it to the dump themselves. They also installed insulation between our outside wall, as our older home did not have any previously. They are reasonably priced.
