Sold me a great car with missing parts . I was promised the parts would come in the mail & of course I received the good ol used car dealer run around… Classic … the dealer who Sold me the car is “never in the office” apparently he’s a very busy man .. it’s been three months and I was told by the receptionist that they ordered the wrong part & so they had to return the part and order another part . My daughter bought her first car from here and all we received was a bunch of lies. The sales person Mustafa said the car had no mechanical issues but only had visible defects. The car was a good price but was no where to be in good running shape. The first week having the car I found out that it had issues from coolant leaks, oil leaks and very bad tires all mismatched and many other issues. Positive: I had a great experience buying my fairly used Range Rover, everyone was great and treated me with great attitudes. David got me approved but also navigated to find me the best prices around. After 3 days of searching I finally made the deal. Negative: needs improvement on focusing on servicing the vehicles if you're planning to sell.
