First, Nora is awesome. We are big Nora fans around here. The work is good, they never mansplain anything, and they call you to tell you what's going on with your car. I wish we'd been going here since they opened bc my experience here was so different from every other shop in the city. NBS is really good, so don't let the skull outside scare you! Also there are four shop dogs who are very cute <3

These folks have been nothing but good to me, I’ve had my car in twice now and their prices are extremely reasonable. They’re very good at communicating what’s going on and I’ve never felt upsold on anything.
