they always plan outages near my home on the website it says for the next ten days and maybe more there will be planned outages making it so we are disconected and it does nothing if they want us to like them they should actully do somthing also the connections goes crazy

NBN got the worst service ever from two years in between Telstra and NBN they're sending technician after technician while I am paying the bill that cannot fix the problem now that telling me that cannot fix much the problem I have they're telling me we have NBN at my place that call at coax it's so slow it guys not gonna believe it now there is a solution they can fix the problem but they don't want to do it and I've been fighting and emailing and complaining for last two years in the best solution they come up with they to... read more

Useless. It’s been 2 days we have NBN outage. It shows on NBN CO website the outage is due to power outage. It just says the restoration is underway but no expected complete time at all. I believe they didn’t even send anyone to fix it because of the Easter. In fact we haven’t had any power outage so I guess they just use it as an excuse.

My provider initially arranged for technicians to attend my property to complete the installation. During the first visit, it was identified that additional civil works were required, and I was advised a follow-up appointment would be scheduled in two weeks to complete this work. After waiting two weeks, a technician attended who appeared unaware of the situation and informed me again that civil works were required, which had already been established during the initial visit. Would give 0 stars if I could. The WORST customer service experience I think I have ever dealt with Took 11 days to come to a solution that we clocked immediately. They are impossible to get a hold of, couldn't contact them through our provider, just had to send tickets into the abyss and wait days to hear back Honestly the most horrendous experience, tears have been shed, 0/10
