Extremely ridiculous experience i cant even explain for how long we have been chasing up nbn just to get a simple fibre upgrade for our property. We have went to the absolute extend of changing providers and every time we book a technician they decide to not show up and no one has a answer to what the issue is. Now we are without internet and cannot go back to copper and NBN is deciding to sit and enjoy and watch us suffer. I don’t write reviews but i cant take this anymore. Fix your service please. First the wifi connection issue happened i was fine with it, since it happens. Again, the technician guy was polite and nice so I thought okay, it happens. And again and again. Now its happening too. All the time it’s the same problem. You guys should understand that its our money and time. We live in era where internet is a big major. If I could give a zero I would. The technician ran a white conduit pipe across the front of my house WHEN THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED. And went past the rubbish bin to put wires, cables, off cuts of white conduit pipe into the recycling bin. The inside box could have gone on the other side of the external box.
