NBN scheduled a planned outage on weekdays during business working hours e.g. today 15 June 2026 at 9am in Earlwood NSW 2206, which causes major headaches for businesses, why can't NBN schedule scheduled outages outside of working hours e.g after 5pm so businesses are not affected? Also, no prior notification was given to business owners of the planned outage which is very poor service by NBN.
Only in Australia, you can find an internet service provider that do not deal with customers. It is a perfect opportunity for NBN to provide abysmal customer service (they dont received emails, calls or anything). Look at the review, they dont care, and will keep going this mess, as there is no consequences. I contacted my service provide 5 times past 10 days. VERY BAD INTERNET CONNECTION!!! The NBN technician has come three times, but the internet still keeps dropping out.
