Impossible to get someone on phone. Wasted so much time listening to phone recording and not get anything from it. Now it makes sense all the 1 star ratings here. Might as well close down your local office and outsource everything to other countries to save cost since customer service locally is inexistent.
Horrible, been 5 months going in circles. No direct phone line to resolve it and an extremely incompetent staff.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Technician could bothered because to much hard as it an older apartment building before internet. Not well trained, no customer service. If it was not tax payer funded it would go broke.
There are some unprofessional and nonsensical members. I agree that as the tenant, NBN requires proof of the landlord's approval to proceed with installation because it involves drilling into the wall. I provided proof of the landlord's approval, but they went even further, saying I should provide the text message I sent to the landlord. They're making things too serious when the issue is simple and easy. Their job is to do their job professionally, not make unnecessary demands. Poor . Thy give me an automated booking . To change there is a link which says my log in doesn't match the post code . No contact email or phone . Going in circles . I can't even cancel ! Can't get through to my tel co . Anyway they will just send me back to the NBN who will give me another date I can't do. I am now investigating StarLink . I suspect NBN needs the postcode of the local country region where they service from and not my Town postcode and that's why I can't log in . Had that problem 5 years ago !
