Would give 0 stars if I could. The WORST customer service experience I think I have ever dealt with Took 11 days to come to a solution that we clocked immediately. They are impossible to get a hold of, couldn't contact them through our provider, just had to send tickets into the abyss and wait days to hear back Honestly the most horrendous experience, tears have been shed, 0/10
This business deserves to fall. They said they will come on this day never come. We call them they rearrange a day, never come. We call them again and now they say they can't do it because of our area when the website and other techs say they can. Pay for this bullshit of a service just get to dragged around for a month.
What can I say — the worst connection experience ever. Between NBN and Tangerine, it’s been nothing short of a circus. First, they installed the box, then advised the front needed to be dug up — fine, things happen. Then they had to return because there was no optical light. When I opened the external box myself, both fibre cables were literally blowing in the breeze and not even connected — a simple fibre coupler was missing. Four weeks later and still no service. Two nbn workers were pulling cables for sone other house in my street. Then my internet went down and stayed down. Nobody else was impacted. I can only conclude that my cables were damaged by the workers. I think it was intentional. nbn sucks
