No star is what I wanted to submit. Customer service would call you and let it ring 3 times and hang it up, leave a message you can’t understand, and don’t let you call them back to get further information. Utterly unacceptable having to attend a property 4 times and still not be able to establish internet. Absolute disgrace for a supposed First World country. Do better and maybe they should not have monopoly over this.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Their service combined with the poor service of Telstra really is a class double act. NBN cancel appointments without fixing the fault, and they don't even bother to let you know. How this company got the contract to manage the network is beyond me.
Had appointment booked, took time off work to be home. Was advised at 12:49pm technicians were enroute for installation, come 4pm no word or arrival. My ISP advised me they had cancelled the job due to warm weather and nbn co had failed to notify me of this
