I am a small boat owner and took my skiff in for annual service and some idling issues. I was charged over $400 and the choke pull out knob was not properly reattached to the carb assembly. It took a while to reschedule an appointment to correct that and I stood around for an hour before the mechanic finished his lunch and fixed that issue. I have been searching for a boat shop I can truly trust, and NBK has my trust and my business. Above all they are FAIR and do not try to take advantage of repairs.
