Couldn’t recommend NBI enough. Joe started working with us in February 2024 and stuck it through until our house was completed and we closed in December 2024. Joe has a strong commitment to customer service and making sure home buyers are in the best position possible to close on their homes. I originally reached out Friday When I did he belittled me, acted like my questions annoyed him, and talked to me as if he knew my finances better than me. Gave me misinformation about the funds I would be credited back after refinancing. I waited a week before I had to follow up with him because I never heard back .
