Couldn’t recommend NBI enough. Joe started working with us in February 2024 and stuck it through until our house was completed and we closed in December 2024. Joe has a strong commitment to customer service and making sure home buyers are in the best position possible to close on their homes. Communication, transparency, honesty and trust is everything that we got during our home buying process. This should be your first phone call if you are looking to buy a house!

I originally reached out Friday When I did he belittled me, acted like my questions annoyed him, and talked to me as if he knew my finances better than me. Gave me misinformation about the funds I would be credited back after refinancing. I waited a week before I had to follow up with him because I never heard back .
