Worst units I've lived in. Be cautious. If you're an investor, don't even think about it. I live here and we keep hearing the sound of the water pipes it's so loud it actually wakes us up. This goes on through out the day as well. Quality of the place isn't good either. You step on the timber floors and they sink in, making this cracking noise. I love this spot - never parking issues, large Coles and never crowded, chemist, med centre, cafes, all handy. Huge park for kids...10 minutes walk to North Ryde station.
