This is a very professional salon with highly skilled and friendly staff. A beautiful and very clean atmosphere. I loved my nails and lashes!
Went to treat myself to a pedicure and foot massage. Upon arrival the atmosphere was welcoming and up beat. The tech that did my feet was wonderful and did a pretty good job and I loved the colour. My only issue was that the foot massage that I paid extra for never got it. I asked the technician about it before she put the polish on. She just said okay. This is by far the best nail salon in Vancouver. Should is extremely meticulous and my nails are gorgeous.
I visited last Saturday for a gel package. The nail technician was very sweet and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, the cuticle work wasn't quite ideal; by the second day, my cuticles became very rough and I noticed the gel application was a bit uneven. After just five days, the gel start lifting from my natural nails. While the technician's attitude was lovely, I was hoping for a cleaner finish and better longevity.
