Both my cars had issues with their tyres- one a sidewall bubble from a pothole, the other a puncture. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was on the road again, with both vehicles. They took the time to explain things to me, all topped off with good old-fashioned Northern Beaches customer service. A shout out to the legends at NB Tyres, to Ali, Tom and their team!

Today I was surprised to find good old fashioned customer service still exists in this day and age. I went in to NB Tyres expecting to be fleeced for a new tyre, and left without paying a cent! Instead, they refilled the existing plugs on the repaired tyre to help me avoid a costly replacement. Helpful, friendly, and respectful team that I will recommend to everyone.
