Not a good communicator. Been trying for multiple week (6+) to get in contact with Josh. A few e-mails back and forth with my husband to come quote the tree removal and never showed up. I've personally called and left voicemails with no response back.
Josh was a pleasure. Him and his crew showed up on time and cleanup was well done. Fair pricing when compared to other quotes. Will use again and recommend to others.
Josh was great from start to finish. Offered a great quote as well as some information to contact Enmax as our tree was close to a power line which saved us money that other companies weren't presenting with their quotes. Very professional and friendly. Job was done quick and back yard was cleaned very well prior to them leaving. Would highly recommend NB Tree Service.

Josh and crew were great to work with. They did a wonderful job removing and pruning my trees. They did a walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied with all the work, and they did a great job on the clean up as well. I highly recommend them ! L.G
