Picture says it all as far as the reason I’m doing this review. 1 star is too much. Nelson Boswell with N.B. Paving did this work, he told he’d do a good job and I’d be happy and he told me not to worry. it’s settling in a huge area because he didn’t fill in properly , huge cracks and holes. He used asphalt and Portland cement. I’m out $5,000 and he won’t work with me to give me any of my money back. At one time he offered a measly $1,500 but that didn’t happen.
