Over booked, understaffed, and slow. Tina literally saved this place she's very professional and sweet while having no problem offering an option or opinion if asked ( if she's not family) hopefully she finds a place that would appreciate her. This so-called " manager" Nancy very unprofessional and rude. One thing I do thank ppl for while being here is that you get taught so much including different languages I won't say what was said but my Aunt who works for the news station will ask when she arrives there. I went in at 10 am and didn’t leave till 1 pm. Told them I wanted a pedicure and my nails done. This place is very very very slow, the woman doing my pedi was too busy talking to her coworker worker to do my toes. They thought I wanted a regular manicure so they sat me down with a bowl of water, I had to tell them I wanted nails on, so I had to be moved to another seat. She did a good job applying the nails. I came in for a nail take off and manicure it took almost 45 mins to simply take my nails off and wasn’t attended to after that I had to go to work and after they took forever to do a nail take off still paid 10$ for literally nothing. Don’t really seem fond of color people either.
