The service was horrible. We were denied service as soon as we walked through the door despite the fact that they say walk ins are welcome. They didn’t ask if we wanted to wait or give an estimated time when someone would be available. It was embarrassing because there were other clients being served. The location also appeared to be dirty and smelled badly. Won’t be going back ever again.

Over booked, understaffed, and slow. Tina literally saved this place she's very professional and sweet while having no problem offering an option or opinion if asked ( if she's not family) hopefully she finds a place that would appreciate her. This so-called " manager" Nancy very unprofessional and rude. One thing I do thank ppl for while being here is that you get taught so much including different languages I won't say what was said but my Aunt who works for the news station will ask when she arrives there.
