Nancy is a great and professional nail technician. She's on vacation this week. The youngest nail technician is very rude and unprofessional, she rushed through my nails. She also tries to scam you out of and extra 5 dollars. Nancy is very honest with payment. Nancy doesn't force clients to pay her tips. One bad apple can spoil the whole company. Now they have lost another client. This youngest technician using her language to talk about customer.I can understand her through my ear pieces now. Bad business for clients.
Excellent job
The service was horrible. We were denied service as soon as we walked through the door despite the fact that they say walk ins are welcome. They didn’t ask if we wanted to wait or give an estimated time when someone would be available. It was embarrassing because there were other clients being served. The location also appeared to be dirty and smelled badly. Won’t be going back ever again.
Nice
