Beware of this company no communication. They don’t stand up to their product. I am a general contractor for over 20 years. Never had an experience no other company like this before customer service garbage Also, it looks like you’re going out of business so don’t purchase something and you won’t be able to pick it up beware

I would like a call back in regards to the horrible installation and issues. I also never received any information on the flooring manufacturer and the lifetime warranty. Please contact me immediately to resolve the issues. Marco is not licensed nor qualified, please send someone who is to fix his errors.

Bait and switch scam. They tell you a price and then when you get there the price is much higher. Talked with Tina from start to finish(she was the manager). She gave me a price, I drove to the store, and then she gave me a much higher price while trying to tell me it was a discount. I asked her if she would honor the price she gave me and she wouldn’t. Very dishonest. Don’t waste your time going here.

I wanted to put in a coffee bar and was pricing cabinets for a DIY when I came across NB Home. I went inside and found the exact same cabinets I had envisioned for the coffee bar. I was able to purchase the cabinets and have them installed for less than doing it myself with IKEA cabinets. The install tool one day and was completed within a week of purchase. We’re loving our new addition to the kitchen.

Very upsetting. I talked to a woman on Facebook and was told they had what I needed. I drove 40 miles to find out they didn't and then drove 40 miles back home empty-handed. The woman who helped me made me wait for about 20 minutes while she shuffled papers and worked on her computer. Her communication skills were very poor.
