Call for my hubby because he really needs to speak to a Doctor or nurse and he was told that they couldn't help him
Even if they see you, they have a complete and utter breakdown in their processes and how agencies are able to communicate with them which means follow up is impossible. So unfortunate.
Nb health is an absolute joke! Im there to go over blood results and I had something else I wanted to discuss. Im told I have to make another appointment! It took 5 months to get this appointment that could have been done over the phone as all my results were normal! So ill wait another 5 months to discuss my other issues. Health care in this province is a joke. Your just a number. No one cares. Sad but true.
I have had wonderful care at the office in Moncton and Quispamsis. From the front office to the nurse practitioners, I am very happy with the care and follow-up. Thank you :)
Ужас просто !!!
