Neil has helped my husband and I out with our cars a couple of times now! Air conditioning regassing, window repairs, door repairs and strut repairs. He is a complete professional and genuinely wants to help. He explains things without it feeling condescending and always has our best interest at heart. He even price hunts for supplies to find the best price! We particularly appreciate that if something can be repaired in its current state, Neil does so and then recommends when we may need new equipment/mechanic supplies etc.... read more
