We unfortunately needed an emergency vet last night. NB Animal Urgent Care was exceptional! From the courteous lady at the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctor. We are so grateful they were kind, friendly, and professional as we were so scared for our little Pepper. Our little dog is doing great today! I can’t recommend this place enough.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about New Braunfels Urgent Care. I initially took my dog to Comal Vet Clinic, where they only ran blood work and sent us home to wait for the results—even though I knew something was seriously wrong. Care was fast, efficient and so very kind and caring! We were met immediately to triage our puppy that wasn’t walking on his hind leg after a walk. After determining that it was probably a scorpion bite, they quickly administered the correct medication and within a very short time he was sound asleep with no more pain and snuggled in my arms. Thanks to everyone who were so conscientious, kind and explained every last step of their care! I highly recommend this urgent care to any one with a pet with a problem! Thanks!❤
