Terrible service, take to much wait time, bad comunicacion.. horrible experience
I had a great experience at Urgent Vet Care. The staff was kind, compassionate, and took amazing care of my dog during a stressful situation. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered.
The staff here is very caring and informative. I spoke with Mat on the phone before taking the 40 minute drive to help my poor cat. He was very informative on what was happening with my cat and what would have or going to happen with my cat and helped us decide what would be the best thing for our cat. We decided it would be best to put our kitty to sleep based on his condition and they all were very compassionate. Thank you NB animal urgent care hospital
It was unfortunate we needed urgent care needs but man am I glad we went to see Dr. Robin Lang and her crew. Our sweet old man has been having health issues lately and we weren’t getting a lot of answers so we brought him here when we got concerned about his breathing and vomiting. We live an hour away but called to let them know we were coming in. Upon arrival the receptionist was kind and attentive taking Houdini to the back immediately to be looked at. Thank you so much NBU Animal Urgent care. You guys are angels. Thank you so much Dr.Lang for taking care of my fur baby. I can't stress enough how much a blessing the doctor and this hospital is. My dog had got attacked by a unleashed dog at Landa Park and Dr. Lang made sure my fur baby was good and taking care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
