We had a medical emergency for our cat. Dr Lang and all the staff were so kind and patient when we had to make some hard choices. Wonderful care and great place to take our pets at 10pm at night.
Took really good care of my grumpy senior cat. Very quick, thorough and professional, and not too hard on the wallet
Took our mini schnauzer in today. She is 15 years old and must have hit her paw and was limping and crying. When we arrived, we were greeted and felt welcomed. The veterinarian and his staff checked our fur baby and gave us good news. They treated our dog very well and sent us on our way. My family and I really liked how professional the entire staff treated us and our dog.
Took my senior there a few weeks ago for what appeared to be congestion and nasal discharge. She was symptomless otherwise. They asked that we stay in the car until a room became available, which I thought was reasonable since obviously there were concerns of contagion from potential respiratory infection. That's not what this review is about. They triaged her in the car, told me theyd probably want to xray her head and chest and do some other diagnostics. We had to take my 10 year old cat in for sudden health issues. The customer service and hospitality we received starting from my first phone in to ask for an estimate on the consultation all the way to the next day after discharge was just phenomenal. I've had my baby since he was a kitten and the sudden health issue gave me a scare! The team handled my baby with care and made sure we were taken care of all around.
