I came in with an emergency with my cat and they not only worked with me, they were extremely kind, understanding and very professional. I highly recommend this clinic.
I took my cat here when I noticed he hadn’t used the litter box all day. I called ahead and told them I was on my way, and when I got there they were able to quickly examine my cat and give me the run down of his condition. He had a urinary blockage! They gave me an initial quote of 2500 for his treatment, and offered me some resources for payment plan options. Took my injured lab in on a Saturday as a walk-in. Warmly and promptly attended. Everything well explained by tech and by Dr. Robin Lang. Not rushed at all. Highly impressed with Dr. Lang and her staff. Was not overcharged. Just a great experience here and I would highly recommend NB Animal Urgent Care and Dr. Lang.
This animal clinic is very clean and the staff are great. Took my daughter‘s elderly kitty there because she quit eating and drinking water for a day and a half. She (the kitty) had intestinal problems and was so skinny that you could feel every segment of her spine and ribs. She usually ate like a hog but gained no weight. Anyway, to make a long story short, on an ultrasound a cancerous tumor was found blocking her lower intestine. I called my daughter and ultimately we decided to let the kitty go.
