This was the first time I have ever had a truly negative experience with a medical provider. I did not feel that the doctor listened to my concerns and felt that she invalidated my wishes. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I will certainly not be back nor would I recommend this doctor to anyone else . The doctor also denied my request for my symptoms to be noted on the chart, stating that it would just cause need for more tests. She is overall uninterested in listening to patient concerns or building rapport.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The provider made insensitive comments and passive jokes throughout the appointment, and overall came across as dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked about a specific test on my lab work, she assured me it was fine—only for me to later find out that the test hadn’t even been performed. I left the office feeling embarrassed, unheard, and belittled. I expect far better care and professionalism from a medical provider.

I like Dr. Khalid; she is very thorough. She reviewed my blood test results and prescribed me vitamins for what I was low on.

I went with a close friend to their doctor’s appointment recently, and I was honestly shocked by how poorly they were treated. From the start, the doctor didn’t ask why my friend was there or take the time to understand their concerns. Instead, she jumped straight into asking about medications and prescribed vitamins without any explanation or regard for why they were seeking care in the first place.
