Ordering an exxpensive run over the internet from a dealer you don't know, is a risky process. So, it was with great trepidation that I called the gallery and spoke with Alen. He reassured me that if i didn't like or want the rug, it could be returned and that he would help me find the most economical way to do so. Alen at Nazmiyal was really great to work with. He took the time to educate me about Persian rugs and help me define which type of rug I wanted. The service from Nazmiyal is exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fine rugs.
