I received a message via the Kaiser computer system that I should make an appointment with my primary care physician, Dr. Khan. I'd been in good health, but it had been 4.5 years since I'd seen her, and I thought the reminder/request an element of good care and diligence on Kaiser's part. I made the appointment.
