On my first visit, Dr. Ashikian listened to me patiently for 40 minutes and was very kind and sweet. She spent a total of 60 minutes with me explaining my disease and comforting me. She was prompt in taking action and referring me to specialists in pursue for my treatment. On the second visit, she listened very patiently all over again and helped soothe my anxiety and fear of my disease. I am very lucky to have Dr. Ashikian as my neurologist. I feel very safe talking to her. She is incredibly understanding.
Every single individual that I came across in the Woodland Hills Kaiser hospital has been genuine kind COMPASSIONATE, especially the nurses, they are amazing! They provided great humble care for me here during my stay. I can’t say the same for Dr. Ashikian. She walked into my room very unpleasant and demanding to move lunch trays off the table so she can perform a spine procedure on me.
