I have purchased a 2016 dodge journey from this Nazari auto. my transmission has went out within one year. When it was time to buy the car they were very friendly and helpful even stayed open later than regular hours until I could sign my loan. Now that I am having problems with the transmission I cannot reach anybody over the phone. One person I believe that is the owner answered the phone for me once and gave me a quote and has not answered after that quote so I can bring my car in to be repaired. if I call the dealership ... read more

Would be very cautious when dealing with this company, tell you whatever you want to hear but do not follow through with anything. Says they work with banks, wastes your time and then only sells cash. Seems very scandalous
This company went out of business after selling me a car, and I contacted the owner. He said he had to close the business but he would still honor the service and made sure I received my title and registration. I was worried for a while, and finally received my title. I am wondering about the warrantee, since the Sacramento location closed down.
