They have changed been going there for 10 yrs. I could not be more disappointed in the staff... Charged for fecal said there were no worms, I told them there was I had to come home pull the worm from my dogs fecal take it up, and still charged me 80. For a fecal the nurse told me to go get an over the counter med.... But I was kind enough to find the worm so they still charged me to do their job. Then over charging for meds.
very poor response to customer's when it comes to insurance matters, I called three times and sent an e mail asking for documentation which the insurance carrier requested , once I was told it was e mailed to me, then I was told it was in the mail and when I called the third time to speak to the vet they never had the courtesy to call me back. I then e mailed them, no response.
