I arrived a bit early and was welcomed immediately to the dealership by Service Advisor Chris. He reviewed what I had requested when I booked the appointment and then answered a few questions I had. He was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable about what they would be providing in service and inspection and the overall cost of the visit.
