This office is the most horrible place to deal with. The staff are uneducated, and unprofessional with limited experience. They are young with very low standards. They do not how to handle simple paperwork processes and they lie to your face. Michelle is the worst person in that office. I visited Dr. Moossavi while traveling in US because I was dealing with fluctuating blood pressure. It can be scary to see a doctor in a foreign country, but she was incredibly caring and made me feel at ease. She truly took the time to listen to my concerns and checked everything with great patience and detail. She never made me feel rushed. I would like to share my experience with this doctor. When the practice was less busy, the staff was more organized, referrals were sent on time, and test results were provided promptly. Unfortunately, over time, the quality of care and office management declined significantly. On multiple occasions, my urine test samples were lost in their system.
