Very dissatisfied. Got Groupon coupon and tried to book appointment with her but she never received any call neither she replied to any voicemail calls so went directly to her shop but she is overbooked and can't make any appointment.
If I could I would give Naz a 0 star. I purchase a voucher via Living Social and as instructions stated, you had to call to make an appointment. Well I called several times with no answer and i decided to go to the salon so I can book my appointment, Naz was not only rude she immediately stated she was booked! and that I had to make an appointment in advance.
