I’ve been going to this braiding salon for years. Paulette, the owner, has always been so sweet and welcoming to me! The business has grown a ton for good reason. Braiders are fast, I typically get medium knotless and am out in around 3-5 hrs depending on the style. Aicha recently did Fulani + French curls for me and she did a fabulous job, cornrows look perfect exactly what I asked for and not too tight. Was out in less than 4 hours. Don't hesitate to visit this salon! German did an amazing job on my twist. I have visited the salon several times and worked with 2 other braiders and they all have been just as good.Paulette is very friendly and makes sure your service goes smoothly. They even take walk-ins.

I had a great experience getting my hair braided at Nayram. Paulette is so professional and kind. I received boho knotless braids, and in less than 3 hours, I was out heading to work! The express service is top-notch, and having that right here in Rockland saved me time and money, as I didn’t have to drive to the city.

Overall they do well with box braids (the only style I get). The reason I’m giving a 3/5 stars is because they usually never start my appointment at the time I booked it for. I’m usually waiting for an hour or more for them to start doing my hair in spite of the fact that I booked my appointment time weeks in advance. For example, I scheduled for 12pm, but they had me waiting for a solid hour before starting my pre-booked appointment.
