Great customer service
I am so impressed with Naylor's Kitchen and Bath, primarily because of their staff! When we went looking for specific bathroom vanity needs, the lovely person helping us in that showroom recognized we needed the kitchen department folks to meet our requests. When doing our shower renovation, we were looking for a solid acrylic base surface. (Couldn’t find it anywhere )Most acrylic bases have a void underneath that sometimes gives the feeling of movement. This one is solid through. We are on a tight deadline to do this project and Haylie was great and expediting the delivery and giving me follow ups. Highly recommended for their good quality service.
Amanda was our first contact she is very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our concerns and promptly called us back. Maynard helped when we went to pick up our shower kit. We were then not sure if we wanted chrome (which is what we ordered) or change to brushed nickel. He was very helpful and worked with us to help decide. In the end we stayed with chrome. Would not hesitate to shop with them again in the future.
This past Summer, we had custom cabinets designed, built, and installed in our pool house by Naylor's Kitchen and Bath, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Holly was a pleasure to work with - efficient, thorough, and detail-oriented. The craftsmanship of the cabinets was exceptional, truly bringing our vision to life.
