Moved into a home with a Naylors bathroom. Had an issue with some parts. One email and I had replacements ordered, under warranty; timely and professional.
AVOID. An absolute nightmare. See Yelp reviews, same story as mine. With original owners the reputation was excellent. Business has been sold several times. The manager and senior designer have no clue what they are doing. It’s a gong show with the customer getting the worst experience ever. 9 mths to install our kitchen, at which point we fired them. By far the worst experience I've ever had with any type of contractor(s). Im 3 months in now and kitchen still isnt completed. Im dealing with countertops that are 2 different makes and colors. Every step of the way has been a nightmare, from design specs to intstall to "completion" My microwave doesn't fit, the handles are mismatched, cabinets are crooked, wrong size cabinets were ordered, and now wrong countertops. Don't recommend this company at all.
