LOVE Naylor's Auto Repair!
Beware! My daughter was using my Toyota 4Runner while visiting family in Hayward when she ran into a problem with a power steering fluid leak. I had her park the vehicle until she could bring it to Naylor’s for an inspection since I was not in the area at the time. Joe Naylor inspected the vehicle on 8/13/25 and confirmed with pictures that one of the power steering fluid transfer tubes on the steering rack was at fault. Our Chevy Equinox started making a horrible noise while we were on vacation, five hours from home. Naylor's Auto Shop completely saved our week. I filled out their online form on Labor Day weekend and was relieved to get a call back ON Labor Day evening and they got us in first thing the next morning.
