Naylors is the BEST. Very knowledable - great at explaining problems and solutions
After having a few terrible experiences at the dealerships I was looking for a fair and quality auto shop in the area. Naylor's Auto has exceeded my expectations! We use them for business and personal vehicles. After my wife's first appointment, she said it was hands down the best experience she ever had at an auto repair location. 100% recommend
We brought our 2013 CTS to Naylor's for diagnosis of a problem of steering wheel vibration increasing with speed. Also had experienced very rapid wear on last two sets of tires that could not be explained by tire dealerships. Naylor's found a difficult wheel alignment problem that is common to this model. It took some time to correct but the tech got it properly aligned and displayed lots of expertise throughout.
Top notch service! I was on vacation with my family when my car died. They were so accompanied and quick. Customer service was spectacular. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience. I came in with a small issue and it was resolved quickly. Staff was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Above and beyond.
