I was shocked to read the other review on this vendor. I called them at 2:30 on a Sunday morning because the pressure tank on top of my water heater had busted and water was everywhere. I had called two other companies, Ruck and Stilwater, but neither of them even responded to my call. Naylor's employee, Steve, was understanding and was at my door in less than 1/2 hr. Just talked to them again today and they are doing some more work for me. I give them a big 5 stars!
Called during a rain storm because my sump pump wasn't working. They advertise 24 hour emergency service. The person who called back was very rude. Told me he didn't want to drive to Sykesville tonight and that he had a long day already. He berated me for asking for a price estimate and said that if I was looking to bargain shop that they weren't the company for me! I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner. How do they expect to run a business when they treat customers like that!
