We would give 0 star if we can. They came and spent 30min to check our heater and charged us 3 hours plus transportation fee for almost $900 without fixing anything. $900 for a 30min check up and advise. We tried to contact them though our management office and they didn't care. Also, we didn't asked for a check up nor picked this company as it was the management contacted them. People all said that there are lots of under the table things happening and now we believe that with a $900 lost but a lesson learned. The one star ... read more
