AWFUL. Waited for an hour on Grant St. Which is only 5 blocks away for service from triple A. Never showed. 5 blocks. Called and cancelled through triple A. Thankfully they won't be paid for the time I saw a truck drive back and forth twice on Zane hwy.
My car broke down on the interstate yesterday evening and I struggled for over 1.5 hrs to find someone willing to tow me as it was late. I was starting to get nervous because I was 5 hours from home, getting cold, and not within walking distance to civilization, but these guys came through! Jerry prob got out of his comfy bed to come pick me up! Service quality is decent. Prices are a little high, and I don't personally like the customer service they provide. The owner can be rude and the staff aren't very helpful
