I called at 6:00 pm to check if Nayel had 4 used tires in my size, He checked right then and let me know he had them and that he could install them today. I was quoted an extremely fair price and I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to Nayel Auto Tire Shop. Nayel was very kind throughout the entire interaction and provided the best tire service ive had in years.

Avoid purchasing tires from this shop. The individual(s) here sold a customer tires that were extremely worn and unsafe—likely to wear out after only a few uses. While they initially acknowledged their mistake and promised to replace the tires, they later went back on their word when asked to provide better-quality replacements. Under Virginia Code § 46.2-1042, it is illegal to sell tires that are not suitable for street use. This matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
