I have never be treated so badly by a Doctor before. What should have been 1-2 hrs took over 4 1/2 hrs. I did have an issue during the endoscope and it had to be done twice. Dr. Shah failed to see me afterwards to explain what happened and what he found. Had slight injuries afterwards (swollen lip, broken facial blood vessels, etc.). Dr. Shah never came to explain. Left it to his staff to see to my comfort and even then they failed to explain fully what happened. Will not ever go there again.
RecommendedThe office staff and medical staff are very efficient and take time to explain things. I’ve been going to them for years and am very happy with them
The doctor was very rude to my family, stopped them in the middle of questions to talk down to them and then walked away...the best part, HE MISUNDERSTOOD THE QUESTION...HAHAHA-jerk!!
All I have to said is that everyone at this office is awesome I definitely recommend this center to Family and Friends 😁😁
Nice doctor's nice staff I mean no one likes to have procedures done but if you are having them done it's nice to have the doctors and nurses treat you with kindness
