The small Spanish girl was rude! She didn’t seem to want to attend to me, as if I were a bother. I don’t like feeling that way; I like feeling welcome. Smh
They gave alot of food in one bowl
Rude cashier refused to give me a bag with handles on it (helpful when you’re walking around in a mall) for my meal even though there were hundreds stacked right behind her. They need to do a better job vetting employees.
When a customer asks for a shopping bag to place the food inside, the answer shouldn’t be no. If revenue is being generated in any shape of form due to the sale of food/service render to any customer then the customer should be allowed to request for a shopping bag along with every order. Maybe the customer finds it difficult to carry the huge bag, and carrying the bag with one hand or arm occupies too much room compared to just holding the shopping bag with the fingers along with other bags
Always order through their app and pick up right away, i enjoy the rice bowl!
