This is an over due review, but I want to say thank you to the team at Naya motors. After having a bad experience with a car I bought from a dealership in the past I had trust issues towards dealership. I was able to get a car from naya motors that is serving me and my family well. Even when issues arised from a little malfunction they address it and gave us a good customer service. And I really appreciate their honesty. Highly recommend them
I bought a car, and just six months later, the engine completely failed. It was a dangerous situation — I’m lucky to be alive. As expected, the warranty didn’t cover the damage. I had to pay over $3,000 out of pocket to replace the engine because the seller refused to contribute anything toward the repairs. I just bought a car from Naya Motors, on Bank St. It couldn’t have been a better experience! Mohammed and Dilshan are customer service specialists. They made sure the whole process went smoothly and to my satisfaction. Mohammed even found me a set of near new snow tires on alloy rims!
