REESEE IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE SO HELPFUL AND KINd. This was my first time at Naya and she made my experience the best and I will be comming back so rare for corporate chains :)
Reese was friendly & super accommodating. I asked for my bowl to be taped because it always seems to open up in the bag before I get home. She helped tape it with no hesitation!! Also gave me an awesome tip to use the app for accumulating rewards points since I do come to Naya often—didn’t even know about before so this is great. Overall excellent, above & beyond customer service!! Please let Reese’s manager know how truly wonderful of an interaction it was!
