Very disappointing experience overall. The restaurant was still prominently displaying a “Kids Eat Free” promotion on the front window, but when I ordered, I was told the promotion had ended two weeks ago. I politely asked them to honor it since it was still being advertised, but they refused. In Connecticut, businesses are expected to avoid misleading or deceptive advertising. Fresh and delicious food
NAYA exceeded my expectations. The quality, attention to detail, and overall experience were excellent. A great place that I would happily recommend to others.
Waited more than 30 minutes after food was due to be picked up. Was ignored by two members of staff when I asked for help. Went to the order line and was ignored for several more minutes. Very poor customer experience.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at NAYA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
